Job descriptions:

  • Managing assets, office and facilities
  • Ensure the supplying daily office supplies and stationeries
  • Assist the Manager to make annual budget and monthly report
  • Prepare a monthly report of all GA activites
  • Handling and coordinate general services such as office maintenance, equipment and vehicle maintenance, asset insurance, license, and other administration duties.
  • Handling Expatriate (Document, Permit)

 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, any field
  • At least 1 years experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Familiar with General Affairs function, especially in general office and administrative function
  • Excellent administration skill, hard worker and self-motivated
  • Smart, fast learner and confident to interact with all levels internally and externally
  • Having good interpersonal skills, attractive appearance and professional work attitude
