Head of ATL & Media Buying

Job Descriptions :

  • Help identify target audiences and plan media campaigns
  • compare and negotiate rates, ad space, and airtime
  • Optimize plans and budgets according to the best media mix
  • Experiment with new platforms and channels, while maintaining a data-driven approach to decision making
  • Ensure ads are creatives are produced on time, in the right formats and displayed on time by various channels
  • Monitor costs and return on investment (ROI) for all channels and campaigns
  • Conduct research on media planning and buying in each of our markets, tracking competitor strategies and the local media landscape regularly
  • Analyze performance reporting on a daily basis and adjust campaigns and creatives based on findings
  • Develop quarterly post-buy analysis reporting, securing associated make-goods
  • Analyze media trends, and drive the research and implementation of new media strategies

Requirements :

  • Creative thinker and problem solver - enjoys generating ideas and solutions, devising new and exciting ways to engage audiences
  • 5 year+ Proven experience as Media Buyer or similar role
  • Familiarity with media-buying, planning, and research
  • Interest in following advertising and media trends
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skill
  • Excellent time management - able to stay calm under pressure whilst working quickly and delivering to tight deadlines
  • This role will collaborate heavily with the regional team, 100% fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory
  • Will drive projects independently and take responsibility readily
