Job Description :
  • Coordinate and arrange meetings with other division
  • Responsible for collecting and compiling all the documents
  • Prepare ticket and accommodations for a business trip
  • Ensure supplies of office stationery
  • Support administrative things for the marketing team
  • Support marketing team on event or etc
Requirements :
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • Able and familiar work with Microsoft Office and Google Sheet
  • Good communication in English, both oral and written is a MUST
  • Good initiating action
  • Able to work with the team
