Lead Quality Initiative


Job Descriptions: 

  • To lead the quality initiative for Contact Doctor, create, monitor and drive quality metrics for customer satisfaction and organizational growth
  • Create, monitor and drive quality metrics to improve consulting doctor performance in Halodoc Contact Doctor platform
  • Analyze doctor performance on a routine basis and create performance KPIs
  • Drive quality improvement initiatives through training and feedback cycles
  • Improve processes through SOP refinements
  • Analyze the root causes of problems and defining possible solutions


  • General Practitioner (has finished the mandatory internship program)
  • Experience in healthcare institution management
  • Experience in formulating Quality Indicators for Hospital Accreditation (preferred)
  • Analytical and data-driven
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Teamwork and collaboration
  • Skills: Microsoft Excel, Google Services
