Performance Marketing Lead


Job Descriptions :

Manage high-quality acquisition and sales campaign activities and activities across digital paid platforms. Ensure digital campaigns delivered in a timely manner in line with business objectives.

  • Translate business goals into efficient digital marketing strategies

  • Develop, create, manage, monitor paid campaign across digital channel

  • Execute awareness, remarketing and a/b testing campaign on top of performance campaign

  • Monitor web/mobile analytics dashboard, key reporting tools, pointing highlights and area of improvement

  • Budget planning and controlling i.e: budget allocations, CAC, etc

  • Develop maintain a close partnership with internal and external team i.e: agencies, publisher, influencer, etc

Requirements :

  • Min. 6-7 years experience in the digital world

  • Hands-on experience in managing a campaign on digital performance

  • Preferable have experience in managing campaigns and a good understanding of paid media best practice, optimization, remarketing a/b testing

  • Data-driven and derive insight

  • Familiar with GA, GTM, Appsflyer and other analytics platforms

  • Extreme attention to detail

  • Fast learning and able to handle the pressure
