- Be a part of the strategy team and provide key inputs for business and ensure the end to end implementation of strategies.
- Drive high utilization and net promoter score for all Doctors on the platform via deeper and focussed supply engagement.
- Build a high performing supply operations team, manage performance by setting key objectives to measure progress and constantly raise the bar.
- Drive strategic initiatives across the supply organization, set structure, plan, execute and report progress to senior management.
- Identify business problems and collaborate with marketing and finance teams to solve the problem at the root rather than the symptoms.
- Explore and establish new business opportunities for Halodoc and work with external partners to grow the business.
- Manage costs - Ensure the operations are lean and reduce wastage of resources.
Master's Degree in Business Administration with Experience in healthcare consulting is preferred. OR Doctor, MARS from a reputable university with experience in Managing hospitals/clinics can also apply.
Good communication skills, Fluency in English is mandatory. Public speaking experience preferred.
Passionate about technology and telemedicine in particular.
Experience in technology, either in a hospital set up or other healthcare startup is a plus.
